I am personally glad 2009 is done. I had alot of good times this year and alot of challenges, but really do look forward to 2010 since this year I will be married to Chris and have so much planned. Funny Thing About Reindeer

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-December.

Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring.

Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa’s reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a girl.

We should’ve known……

ONLY women would be able to drag a fat-ass man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night and not get lost.

Home and Feeling Good

So I got home from the hospital yesterday and finally had some real food. Oh was it good even if it was only some home baked chicken legs. LOL. I feel so much better but still have a throbbing headache. I woke up with one and it made me ralph and of couse with bruised ribs didn’t feel good in the slightest. But I am so glad to be home. I was sad to see that I still didn’t get my Secret Santa gift. waaaaa.

I really have no plans for Christmas besides staying home with Chris around the tree and probably watching movies and playing games. Just getting over from being sick I don’t really want to go out anywhere. So home in bed or on the sofa with a blanket and Chris sound just fine to me. hehe. So I am out for now. I really want to catch up on my soap The Young and the Restless. Oh how I have missed it.

So Sick / Health Update

I have been in the hospital for the last 2 days. I went out to go to an appointment and almost collapsed. I thought it was just another head cold so I was treating it the same. But when I could no longer inhale without my whole chest hurting I knwo something else was wrong. So I went into the emergency room and was told i had a mild case of pneumonia. So with being obese and having a history of sleep apnea they admitted me. I was also dehydrated.

So I am starting to feel better. I am sitting up out of bed, but my head is still really clogged up. I see my doctor this afternoon so see if I am ok enough to go home.Chris made me happy and brought me my laptop. YAY! oh how I have missed it. lol. not really. I have been sleeping so much. its crazy. more than likely the medication cause i never sleep this much. well i’m out cause i’m starting to go cross eyed. i’m about ready to pass out again. l8r g8r.

still no tree but that is happening later tonight. it is currently laying in the yard. lol. Chris is off work today so we are putting up the tree and talking Bear to get pictures with Santa at Petsmart. yay. more pictures to come. Hopefully with a tree. lol.

Got The Van Back!!!!!

I’m really happy to have the van back, but scared still because we have to still replace the garage opener. Thank God that the garage isn’t attached to our home, but I’m scared that when we finally get it open that everything may be gone or trashed or something. The opener wasn’t in the van. ugh. Everything else I could care less about. The console, stereo, sunglasses. gps, jumper power pack, etc. all gone. Lucky me that the only cds were burned copies and of course they didn’t want those. they were thrown all over the van. the only damage was a crack in the back tail light. easy to replace. Inconvenient, but I won’t die over it.thanks to good ol Fuelly we found out that it was taken on a joy ride af about 100 miles. They only used half a tank of gas. So that is all and I am off to bed. I am scared it could get stolen again, but hopefully they wont be stupid enough to do it twice. We are going to get the locks changed tomorrow. No clue how they did it since there were no broken windows or pulled out wires from under the dash. Oh well. i’m sleepy now. l8r g8r.
